Jim Tracy is a Keynote Speaker, Author, and Host of the award winning podcast: "The Grampion". He has testified before Congress and trained with F-15, F-16 and Typhoon Pilots. He started life as a welder and never stopped climbing! This entrepreneur was inducted into the 2021 Wireless History Foundation's "Wireless Hall of Fame". He has lived an audaciously big life and delivers incredible stories.
This C-Suite veteran has never quit learning or forgot his family priorities. He is blessed to have been married for 45 years and grateful for his 5 kids. 16 grandchildren have nick-named him the “Grampion”! His old school yarn spinning charm and new tale telling fascinate young and old alike.
From start-ups to turn arounds, Jim has been killing it against all odds since 1985! This no-nonsense leader has built multiple businesses across three different industries and been engaged in Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions of a few more. He has leveraged remarkable success with people first investing. The receipt of the Bill Carlson Lifetime Service Award in 2022 was merely a starting point to a full life, not an ending point. In 2024 he received the Business ICON of Idaho award. Jim’s high-energy keynotes and presentations have been fueling conference attendees for over a decade!
